Also thanking Dr Cooper, Sue and all the staff at Grosvenor Medical Centre for all their support. Also not forgetting all the support of St Lukes Hospice whom we are so grateful for everything they have done. No words can say to you all how much you mean to us. But all the nurses, doctors and all the rest of the staff that helped me and my family through this sad loss and to everyone for messages, cards and the donations to St Lukes Hospice totalling £875, thank you all.
